Avocado Smoothie Breakfast Bowl
I've been adding a little fat back into my diet after playing around with my macros this summer, so avocado was an obvious choice. I made this smoothie bowl to have something cool, creamy and easy for breakfast. It's rich in healthy fats and greens, and I added some Greek yogurt to boost the protein.
- Avocado, 1/2 one fruit
- Banana, 1
- Spinach, 1/2 cup (packed)
- Greek yogurt, 1 cup
- Optional: Chia seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon or fresh mint for garnish
Recipe makes 1 bowl
Freeze 1/2 avocado for about 4 hours or overnight
When frozen, add avocado, banana, spinach, Greek yogurt to blender.
Blend, add your toppings and eat!
